The CMFK-LS500 Brake Disc Grinder is a highly efficient and precise machine designed for a wide range of applications. It features a dual-channel control system and a double-column structure, allowing the cutting tool and grinding head to move independently. This enables both rough and fine machining of brake disc surfaces, followed by direct grinding for increased efficiency. The high-rigidity spindle and three-jaw hydraulic chuck ensure precise positioning and efficient transmission. With a weight of eight and a half tons, the machine offers enhanced rigidity and can process products with diameters up to 500mm.

The Brake Disc Grinder is equipped with high-end, ultra-load sliding guides, providing high rigidity, precision, speed, efficiency, reliability, and torque. It is suitable for cutting and processing disc and gear components in industries such as mechanical manufacturing, motorcycles, motors, and automobiles. The base of the machine is made of resin sand castings with symmetrically reinforced ribs, improving stability. The imported (or domestic) high-rigidity, short and thick spindle is driven by a servo motor, ensuring low noise and vibration during high-speed operation.


The Brake Disc Grinder utilizes imported high-precision linear preloaded rolling guides and ball screws, enhancing the machine's sensitivity. The automatic pressure relief lubrication system ensures timely and adequate oil supply to each lubrication point, allowing for worry-free long-term operation. The machine is equipped with a high-quality vertical servo tool holder, offering high rigidity, rapid tool changes, and reliability. The ergonomic design of the operation keyboard box and the full-key panel layout make operation convenient, fast, and safe.


The CMFK-LS500 Brake Disc Grinder features a large double-row chip groove design, allowing chips to fall directly into the groove and be removed by the chip conveyor, ensuring reliable and efficient chip removal. Its compact footprint allows for easy operation of multiple machines by a single operator, saving factory space and improving efficiency while reducing management difficulty and costs. The machine is suitable for processing automotive components such as brake drums, engine end covers, brake discs, and flanges.
