Revolutionizing Precision and Efficiency: The Future of Brake Disc Grinding Machines 2024-01-06

In pursuit of enhanced product quality, increased production efficiency, reduced costs, lessened labor intensity, and heightened automation, manufacturing enterprises, particularly those on a large scale in automotive parts production, continually seek advanced solutions. Enter the Brake Disc Grinding Machine, tailored to meet these exact market demands and poised to become the dominant model for future turning operations on disc and shell-type components.

This machine adopts a vertical guideway structure where columns, bases, and slideways are all fabricated from high-grade grey cast iron. The guideways on columns and slideways undergo induction hardening, with plastic coating applied to ensure long-term stability and precision retention throughout its service life.

The workpiece spindle unit is built with a high-rigidity bearing support system. At the front end, NSK NN30 series double-row short cylindrical roller bearings coupled with a 30-degree contact angle, 130BAR bi-directional angular contact thrust ball bearing provide robust support. The rear end utilizes NSK NN30 series double-row short cylindrical roller bearings.

Servo motors for X, Z, and SD axes are directly connected to the ball screws via elastic couplings, resulting in a short transmission chain, low noise, minimal backlash, high servo accuracy, and rapid response times.

An automatic and centralized lubrication system ensures continuous and effective lubrication of guideways and ball screws, significantly extending their lifespan. Its unique tool-changing mechanism allows swift replacement of tools within just 2 seconds.

Equipped with a touch screen servo CNC system that includes tool compensation, manual/auto reference point return, and auto-diagnostic monitoring display functions, this machine truly embodies integration and automation in one package.

Complemented by a chain plate chip conveyor that rapidly removes swarf and minimizes thermal deformation caused by heat from chips, it saves floor space while effectively boosting system throughput, allowing for prolonged automated production without frequent material handling.

Boasting exceptional overall rigidity, stability, and uniformity in processing performance, this Brake Disc Grinding Machine is tailor-made for large-scale, high-quality, efficient, and cost-effective batch production of brake discs and other small to medium-sized disk or dish-shaped parts up to 500mm in diameter.

Moreover, the grinding head spindle features an AC frequency conversion stepless speed regulation, enabling adaptation to a wide variety of grinding processes. This machine is truly a game-changer in the realm of brake disc machining technology.
