Targeting Brake Disc Processing Pain Points, Our Company to Debut at the 138th Canton Fair
2025-09-24
The 138th Canton Fair is poised to become a key platform for global manufacturing exchanges, and our company will seize this opportunity to address common pain points in brake disc processing—such as low efficiency and unstable precision—by showcasing professional equipment and technical solutions.
We will focus on promoting two types of core equipment: First, the CMFK-DM500 brake disc grinding machine, which adopts a vertical spindle design and torque self-sensing function. It can automatically adjust the grinding head feed speed according to the workpiece allowance, ensuring stable processing accuracy even for long-term high-load operations. Second, the brake disc special machine, which is designed for small and medium-sized brake discs (100-450mm in diameter) and supports both manual and robotic loading/unloading, making it flexible for batch production.
Although no physical equipment will be displayed, our team will provide one-on-one consulting services based on customers’ specific needs (e.g., new material processing, automated production). We will also share data on equipment efficiency improvement and precision testing to help customers fully understand the value of our solutions. Welcome to visit us at Hall 20.1, Booth H24 during the fair!
